By placing an order at DE CHAYIL FOOTWEAR LIMITED , you warrant that you are at least 12 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at DE CHAYIL FOOTWEAR LIMITED for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
EXCHANGING YOUR PURCHASE
1. In the event of an error from our end, simply notify us by calling or messaging within 5 days of receiving your order and we’ll send you a return authorization number and instructions for the return. Please note the return shipments must be sent with tracking with GIG logistics or DHL. You are entitled to an exchange merchandise of the exact same design within 5 days of receiving the item,  All sale items are FINAL SALE.
However, this exchange does not cover for sizing issues arising from your end, as items are made on order just for you or the recipient, it is important you are super sure of the accurate size and crosscheck with our size chart provided, before placing the order.
A fine would be charged in this case for exchange of the pair, and you would also cover for shipping charges to and fro within 5 days of laying the complaint.
Please note that the product must be returned unused, unworn, unscratched soles (shoes), in the original packaging & including all tags, tissue & box. Requests for exchanges after 5 days from confirmation of your order being shipped will not be considered.
2. Kindly note once payment has been made, you are entitled to exchange your order with likewise item of its equivalent pricing within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Any exchange after 24 hours will not be considered as processing has begun.
REFUNDS
We operate a non refund policy generally except on the following grounds.
- Delivery of a an entirely wrong order from De Chayil, a notification has to be made to Dé Chayil within 5 business days of recieving your order. We will recieve the order, confirm its been unworn and with its full packaging before initiating a refund to the account in which payment is made
- Payments of excess amounts will be refunded immediately.
WARRANTY
Every item at Dé Chayil carries a warranty of 1 year from time of purchase.
Warranty on product will be null and void if :
- Â The product is damaged physically
- Â The product is repaired, maintained, modified, and disassembled
Warranty limitation
- Warranty product of product is limited to manufacturing defect
- The warranty doesn’t cover replacement of product
- Warranty doesn’t cover damages caused due to God and force majeure acts
DELIVERY
Our official Third party Delivery partners are God is Good Logistics and DHL.
National Delivery time frame
Delivery with GIGL within Nigeria takes a duration of 72 – 120 “BUSINESS” Hours.
Delivery with DHL within Nigeria takes a duration of 24 – 96 “BUSINESS” hours.
Delivery woth DHL Outside Nigeria takes 3-10 “BUSINESS” days.
Delivery Charges apply and are non refundable, once the item has been dispatched.
Kindly note, these courier companies are third party companies, a tracking number and detail would be sent to you once shipped. This is to enable you track items. Thank you.

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by DE CHAYIL FOOTWEAR LIMITED as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to DE CHAYIL FOOTWEAR LIMITED and Stripe and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request DE CHAYIL FOOTWEAR LIMITED. to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the DE CHAYIL FOOTWEAR LIMITED Conditions, you agree to the above.
Payment
All products remain DE CHAYIL FOOTWEAR LIMITED’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase, as we do not accept payment on delivery.
All transfers conducted through DE CHAYIL FOOTWEAR LIMITED are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Local Taxes/CUSTOMS DUTY
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
Additional Information
DE CHAYIL FOOTWEAR LIMITED reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Â DE CHAYIL FOOTWEAR LIMITED has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Â DE CHAYIL FOOTWEAR LIMITED shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
