Return Policy

EXCHANGING YOUR PURCHASE
In the event of an error from our end, simply notify us by calling or messaging within 3 days of receiving your order and we’ll send you a return authorization number and instructions for the return. Please note the return shipments must be sent with tracking with GIG logistics or DHL. You are entitled to an exchange merchandise  of the same design within 5 days of receiving the item,  All sale items are FINAL SALE.

 

However, this  exchange does not cover for sizing issues arising from your end, as items are made on order just for you or the recipient, it is important you are super sure of the accurate size and crosscheck with our size chart provided, before placing the order.

A fine would be charged in this case for exchange of the pair, and you would also cover for shipping charges to and fro.

Please note that the product must be returned unused, unworn, unscratched soles (shoes), in the original packaging & including all tags, tissue & box. Requests for exchanges after 5 days from confirmation of your order being shipped will not be considered.

 

Once return is approved:
Package your return item in the undamaged original De Chayil shoes box to prevent damage in transit.
Write on the outside of your packaging with the waybill number Number provided by courier service.
Mail your return package using one of our preferred carriers, God is good Logistics or DHL so the shipment can be traced should the shipment be lost. If shipment is not used with tracking info we cannot guarantee amendments.

 

RECEIVING THE EXCHANGE PAIR.
Exchanges can take up to 15 business days to process once received. You will be notified of the exchange via email/whatsapp  or phone call once processed.

NOTE:
De.Chayil shoes cannot be responsible for return shipments not received or lost. Please ensure that you return your purchase using a carrier that provides a tracking number.

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY
De.Chayil shoes ships anywhere in the world. Orders confirmed Monday to Friday will ship within 48-72 business hours after the 10 -15 business days for processing of your order has elapsed.
Kindly note Charges apply for Shipping.
Orders confirmed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.
Track your order any time by entering your waybill number on the God is good logistics site or DHL site.

CUSTOM ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 10 business days for Sandals and slippers and 12- 15 business days for Shoes to process your order. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your custom order is complete and ready to ship. It will be worth the wait.
